Exporting Results

The results page of FI Calc provides some analysis of the results of your simulations. Sometimes, however, you may want to run additional analysis in a spreadsheet application.

FI Calc allows you to export your results as Excel or CSV. See the Export Column Reference for a brief definition of every column.

Exporting Results

You can download a file that combines all complete simulations in your calculation, or a file for an individual simulation. Downloads are available after the calculation finishes.

Exporting All Simulations

In the calculator, open Export. For a saved calculation, open the three-dot menu beside its title. Select Download as Excel or Download as CSV.

Exporting a Single Simulation

Open an individual simulation, then open the three-dot menu beside the simulation title. Select Download Simulation as Excel or Download Simulation as CSV.

File Contents

Both formats include annual results, a summary for each simulation, and an overall summary. Excel places these in three sheets: Results, Simulation Summary, and Summary.

CSV contains the same tables, with the calculation URL at the top and the summaries in labeled sections after the annual results.
